So just a little more patience is required on your part, but you will have a new book at some point in 2020. I do know how Butterflies ends (as I’ve written most of the ending) and I think readers will be satisfied whether I decide to move on to a sixth book or not. If I do write a sixth book for the series, it will likely have more to do with the next generation. There’s still a lot of story to cover and I don’t know that I can cover it all in this book (which is nearing 700 manuscript pages at this point, with a fair bit of story still to tell). I get asked a lot if it’s the last one and the answer is that I don’t quite know yet. But at some point in 2020 there will be a new book in the series.
